Did not work out Friday as that was family time and we got in super late. Did a good workout on Saturday on the treadmill and some tire work. Took Sunday off. Started Week 2 of C25K and did some tire work Monday. I had a horrible day Monday and thought it would be a good idea to channel my anger in to a workout. It was, but it backfired when I hurt my wrist. So far it is just annoying and is not slowing me down TOO much. Boxing and more tires on the agenda for this week.
