I aggravated my I'm-31-and-have-been-at-least-100-lbs-overweight-for-most-of-my-life kneed injury helping my friend move this weekend so no workout once again. I am sure you are beginning to ask yourself "Why is he blogging about training for this mud run when he actually has not done anything productive since he started doing this?" Well, that is a good question. The answer would be accountability. I am holding myself accountable for the good and the bad. I am also hoping that the continued posting of how craptasticly awful I am doing will inspire me to do better. Here's hoping.
